By default, you will receive a link to a digital gallery where you can preview your photos. If you like them, you can choose to get them mailed in a protected envelope or mailed in a photo album. Expect the link roughly one week after shooting unless otherwise noted. Allow 3-5 days for delivery once shipped.
Do you ship photos?
If local delivery is not an option for you, we can mail photos in either a padded envelope or photo album. All packages ship with UPS Ground with tracking. Allow 3-5 days for delivery once shipped.
Can I buy only select photos?
You do have the option to select certain photos from the digital proof set then purchase only your selected images. By purchasing the photos this way, you get a per photo price, but all unselected images will be deleted (unless you contact us first and explain your situation).
Is there a refund policy?
Once we print the photos, we do not allow clients to cancel orders. If the photos arrive damaged, we will reprint the order and collect the damaged photos.
How many photos will I get?
Unless it was a free shoot or smaller package, expect to get a digital proof set of at least 30 photos. Larger projects or clients who want all pictures can expect a digital proof set of 200+ images.
Larger events such as weddings that require multiple NW photographers can expect a digital proof set of 300+ images.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts for holidays, birthday packages, and referral discounts where you can get someone else a 20% discount by sending them our way, and you get 20% on your next order. Referred clients must tell us who referred them for the discount to be given to the referrer.
Do you offer packages?
We have photo packages starting at 20 photos and some that go up to 400 photos (or larger if needed). The larger the package, the higher the price and the more photographers that will need to be on location.
